I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in assessing, diagnosing, and treating anxiety, trauma, and stress-based disorders in teens and young adults (ages 15-24). I opened my private practice after years of serving as a Mental Health Specialist and School-based Therapist in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School District. I have helped thousands of teens navigate the difficult transition to adulthood and build resiliency for the journey ahead.
