Comprehensive Clinical Assessment & Collaborative Treatment Plan
- Required of all new clients (unless previously diagnosed within the past six months)
- Includes psychoeducation, diagnostic differential, prognosis, mutually-agreed upon treatment goals, and recommendations for holistic care and support
Psychotherapy Sessions:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills (DBT)
SPARCS-ST
- For active clients under 21
- Six (1.5 hour) structured virtual Sessions
- Group-based virtual format w/ other active clients
- Participants learn and practice key skills in Mindfulness, Stress Management, Distracting and Self-Soothing, Communication, and Identifying and Asking for Support
